Seems like forever since there's been anything about riding on this here blog but the winds of regular have blown in my door, grabbed me by the sack, dragged me out into the front yard, slapped a frame across my face and convinced me it's time to get the fuck on with it. Time to ride and run and lift and show my skillz with the hammer and nail.
There's a couple of Newbies I'm looking forward to schooling on the MTB until they can both drop me on the trail. And one special young man that when he quits smoking, starts running and is ready to climb in the hurt locker with me will have his introduction to my little world of suffering right here on this blog. He's got a lot of big challenges ahead of him over the next year but all of them for the betterment of his health and family. Keep the focus John, it's all so worth it.
The new me is about to meet the old me and the mix promises to be the creation of an enlightened douche-bag. This blog will now contain words on inspiration and dick jokes. Lots and lots of dick jokes.
